The actual designing of the theme is done within the Theme Builder. It lets you set which images get used for each part of the theme – like icons, background graphics and cursors. It’s also where you can decide what, if any, sounds and animations are used, which fonts to use, and whereabouts on the screen your menus and icons are displayed.
